01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jet Buzz platform, including the website at jet-buzz.org, the Jet Buzz mobile application and all associated services. By registering an account on Jet Buzz, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms carefully and agree to be bound by them.

Jet Buzz reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Jet Buzz platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all users of the Jet Buzz platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or the Jet Buzz app. If you are using Jet Buzz on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, though Jet Buzz does not permit account sharing under any circumstances.

02 Account Registration

To use the full range of features on Jet Buzz — including placing bets, making deposits and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible players. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended and any balance being withheld pending investigation.

• Each person may hold only one Jet Buzz account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Jet Buzz account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Jet Buzz will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials safe.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Jet Buzz support immediately at [email protected].
• Jet Buzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of a routine compliance check.

03 Eligibility

To register and use Jet Buzz, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a Jet Buzz employee.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any licensed betting platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Jet Buzz reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved. Jet Buzz takes its eligibility obligations seriously and will not process withdrawals for accounts where eligibility has not been confirmed.

04 Deposits

Jet Buzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Jet Buzz, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your Jet Buzz account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment app, contact Jet Buzz support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Jet Buzz does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
• Jet Buzz reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Jet Buzz are processed to bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT. Jet Buzz aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Jet Buzz will request identity verification documents. This is a standard compliance requirement and applies to all players. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Once your identity has been verified, subsequent withdrawals will typically be processed without additional document requests unless circumstances change.

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Jet Buzz reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of a verification check. You will be notified if this applies to your account.
• Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process than those requested on standard business days.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Jet Buzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Offers and Promotions page at the time the offer is made available. By claiming any bonus on Jet Buzz, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general terms.

All bonuses on Jet Buzz are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the offer page before you claim it. Jet Buzz does not apply hidden wagering requirements — what you see on the offer page is what applies.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions stated in the offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is a breach of these terms.
• Jet Buzz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided or cancelled will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Jet Buzz may void bonus winnings and remove bonus funds from accounts where abuse of promotional offers is detected.

07 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Jet Buzz are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. These rules are available within the betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general terms, the sport-specific rules will take precedence for betting purposes.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet slip.
• Jet Buzz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match fixing or irregular activity.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the time of placement. Jet Buzz may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Minimum bet: 20 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
• Cash out is available on selected markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the potential winnings at the time of placement.

08 Casino and Games

Jet Buzz offers a range of casino games including slots, live dealer tables, European Blackjack, Bingo and Dino Hunter. All casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable results on every game round.

• Return to player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• Casino games may not be available in all regions. Jet Buzz reserves the right to restrict access to specific games at any time.
• Bets placed during a technical fault or disconnection may be voided at Jet Buzz's discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has been completed and confirmed by the dealer. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round in question.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jet Buzz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on Jet Buzz.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Abusing the customer support team or any Jet Buzz staff member in any way.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Jet Buzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if the account poses a compliance or fraud risk to the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. You will have the opportunity to respond and provide any information requested by the Jet Buzz compliance team. If the suspension is found to be in error, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned promptly.

You may also close your Jet Buzz account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply to the balance.

11 Responsible Gaming
